An agent can list, create, update, and delete WooCommerce products, and list orders, add order notes, or change an order's status, all through the same REST layer as the wc/v3 API.
WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway abilities, governed through the Bridge
An agent can pull the connected Stripe account's status and balance, and read charges, payment intents, disputes, payouts and balance transactions by ID or as lists, all read-only, once WooCommerce and the plugin's ability feature flag are both enabled.

What has to be true first
This plugin needs WooCommerce 10.9 or later and WordPress 6.9 or later, with both WooCommerce and this plugin active. Every ability checks manage_woocommerce, the same capability WooCommerce's own REST controllers use for store-management access.
- WooCommerce 10.9 or later must be active; on older WooCommerce versions the abilities feature silently does nothing.
- The wc_stripe_abilities_enabled filter must be set to true; it defaults to false.

How to switch these on
Four steps from two active plugins to a governed connection.
Install WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway and Agent Abilities for MCP
Both plugins need to be active on the same WordPress site. WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway registers its own abilities; this plugin discovers and governs them.
Open the Other plugins screen
In Agent Abilities for MCP, open the Bridge tab (labeled "Other plugins" in the admin). Abilities from every registered plugin appear there, grouped by the plugin that registered them.
Enable one ability at a time
Every ability from WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway starts off. Turn on only the ones you want an agent to reach, or enable the whole set in one click.
Connect as a least-privilege user
Approve the connection as a WordPress account scoped to what you actually want the agent to do. Each call still re-checks that account’s capability before it runs.

Frequently asked questions
Does WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway work with the Bridge?
Conditionally. The ten abilities only reach the core Abilities API through WooCommerce 10.9's ability loader, and that path is itself gated behind a feature flag that defaults to false, so the Bridge sees nothing until both WooCommerce is new enough and the flag is switched on.
What has to be true for WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway's abilities to register?
WooCommerce 10.9 or later must be active; on older WooCommerce versions the abilities feature silently does nothing.. The wc_stripe_abilities_enabled filter must be set to true; it defaults to false..
Does WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway need anything special to work with the Bridge?
This plugin needs WooCommerce 10.9 or later and WordPress 6.9 or later, with both WooCommerce and this plugin active. Every ability checks manage_woocommerce, the same capability WooCommerce's own REST controllers use for store-management access.
