What has to be true first
This works with WordPress 6.9 and the plugin active, no other plugin required. Reading or writing a page's SEO and reading the site's Automation patterns need whatever the plugin's own SEO edit check resolves to, settings abilities need the sq_manage_settings capability, and the Squirrly Cloud abilities need either the sq_manage_snippet or sq_manage_focuspages capability plus an active Squirrly Cloud connection to return real data.
- The five Squirrly Cloud abilities (rankings, briefcase, focus pages, research history, live assistant tasks) register regardless, but return meaningful data only when the site is connected to Squirrly Cloud

Install GEO Plugin by Squirrly SEO and Agent Abilities for MCP
Both plugins need to be active on the same WordPress site. GEO Plugin by Squirrly SEO registers its own abilities; this plugin discovers and governs them.
Open the Other plugins screen
In Agent Abilities for MCP, open the Bridge tab (labeled "Other plugins" in the admin). Abilities from every registered plugin appear there, grouped by the plugin that registered them.

Yes. Squirrly registers all ten abilities unconditionally through wp_register_ability in a dedicated controller class, and its own meta.mcp.public flag, which it sets only for its own MCP client discovery, does not affect whether the core Abilities API registry the bridge scans sees them.
