Spectra Blocks registers 53 abilities under the spectra-blocks/ namespace covering block discovery, block creation, block editing extensions, popups, fonts, global styles, and plugin settings, each with a real capability check, so the Bridge can wrap and expose each one once an operator turns it on. The plugin also carries an older, parallel registration system (classes/abilities/) that registers two more abilities, spectra/create-container and spectra/create-content, under a different namespace with the same feature gate.
