The 45 abilities only reach the core Abilities API once a site owner turns on the plugin's enable_abilities master switch, which is off by default; non-readonly abilities also need the plugin's separate allow_modifications setting turned on, and any single ability can be individually disabled from the same settings screen.
The uae_mcp_settings.enable_abilities option must be turned on in the plugin's AI Tools settings; it is off by default.. Non-readonly abilities additionally require uae_mcp_settings.allow_modifications to be turned on; with it off, only the readonly abilities register.. A site owner can disable any individual ability by name through uae_mcp_settings.disabled_abilities.. The Pro-upgrade-info ability (uae/pro-features) only registers when UAE Pro is not active..
