What has to be true first

Requires WordPress with ClearPost active and the Abilities API available (WordPress 6.9+ core, or the plugin's own bundled fallback). Most abilities need edit_posts; reading Search Console performance and every premium ability (content calendar, keywords, site metrics, strategy context, generate-post, add-to-calendar, keyword tracking) need manage_options, and the premium ones additionally need an active ClearPost license.

A note on the count below

The source registers sixteen abilities; a code comment at the top of the file undercounts them at fourteen and omits clearpost/set-head-code and clearpost/get-head-code.

How to switch these on

Four steps from two active plugins to a governed connection.

  1. Install ClearPost, AI Auto Blogging & SEO Agent and Agent Abilities for MCP

    Both plugins need to be active on the same WordPress site. ClearPost, AI Auto Blogging & SEO Agent registers its own abilities; this plugin discovers and governs them.

  2. Open the Other plugins screen

    In Agent Abilities for MCP, open the Bridge tab (labeled "Other plugins" in the admin). Abilities from every registered plugin appear there, grouped by the plugin that registered them.

  3. Enable one ability at a time

    Every ability from ClearPost, AI Auto Blogging & SEO Agent starts off. Turn on only the ones you want an agent to reach, or enable the whole set in one click.

  4. Connect as a least-privilege user

    Approve the connection as a WordPress account scoped to what you actually want the agent to do. Each call still re-checks that account’s capability before it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Does ClearPost, AI Auto Blogging & SEO Agent work with the Bridge?

Yes. All sixteen abilities register unconditionally as soon as the Abilities API is available; none of them carry an annotations block, so under the readonly/destructive rule every one counts as destructive even though several only read data, and several also need an administrator account or an active ClearPost premium license to actually succeed.

Do ClearPost, AI Auto Blogging & SEO Agent's abilities register automatically?

Yes, unconditionally, once ClearPost, AI Auto Blogging & SEO Agent is active. Nothing else has to be configured for the Bridge to discover them.
