An agent can read Yoast's SEO score, readability score, and inclusive-language score for a site's most recently modified posts.
AISA abilities, governed through the Bridge
An agent can read a post's current SEO fields (title, meta description, keyphrase), run the on-page SEO audit and get every check's result, and pull the site's llms.txt content and brand voice context. Everything is read-only.

What has to be true first
Needs WordPress 6.9 or later for the Abilities API (the plugin itself supports 6.9+) and the plugin active, with its abilities setting left on (it is on by default). Reading a post's SEO status or running the page audit needs edit_post on that specific post; the llms.txt and brand context abilities need manage_options, and the diagnostics ability needs edit_posts.
- an admin-toggleable setting (aisa_abilities_enabled, default on) can turn off all five abilities at once
The 5 AISA abilities

How to switch these on
Four steps from two active plugins to a governed connection.
Install AISA and Agent Abilities for MCP
Both plugins need to be active on the same WordPress site. AISA registers its own abilities; this plugin discovers and governs them.
Open the Other plugins screen
In Agent Abilities for MCP, open the Bridge tab (labeled "Other plugins" in the admin). Abilities from every registered plugin appear there, grouped by the plugin that registered them.
Enable one ability at a time
Every ability from AISA starts off. Turn on only the ones you want an agent to reach, or enable the whole set in one click.
Connect as a least-privilege user
Approve the connection as a WordPress account scoped to what you actually want the agent to do. Each call still re-checks that account’s capability before it runs.

Frequently asked questions
Does AISA work with the Bridge?
Yes. It registers five read-only abilities directly in the core Abilities API with no MCP server of its own, so the Bridge is the only way an agent reaches them.
What has to be true for AISA's abilities to register?
an admin-toggleable setting (aisa_abilities_enabled, default on) can turn off all five abilities at once.
Does AISA need anything special to work with the Bridge?
Needs WordPress 6.9 or later for the Abilities API (the plugin itself supports 6.9+) and the plugin active, with its abilities setting left on (it is on by default). Reading a post's SEO status or running the page audit needs edit_post on that specific post; the llms.txt and brand context abilities need manage_options, and the diagnostics ability needs edit_posts.
More SEO plugins
An agent can read and change Rank Math's SEO, sitemap, redirection, breadcrumb, and website-identity settings, read per-post SEO scores, schema markup, and link reports, run and fix a site-wide SEO audit, and manage tracked brands in the AI Visibility feature.
An agent can read and update a post's SEO title, description, focus keyword and canonical URL, find posts missing SEO data or with low TruSEO scores, manage custom robots.txt rules, and pull a homepage or site-wide SEO audit.
Verified from AISA's own free wordpress.org code on 28 September 2026, not from its marketing claims. Not every ability listed here has been run end to end against a live site. Plugin authors change their code, so a name, a capability, or a condition can be different in a later release. Bridge AISA, keep the same control.
Every ability starts off, is scoped to the user you connect, and is written to the same audit log as core. Turn on only what you need.
Off by default. Capability checked on every call.
