Sometimes the fix is one block. The intro paragraph on the pricing page reads stiffly, or a heading promises something the product no longer does. You know exactly which block you mean, you would like better words in it, and you do not want the rest of the page touched while it happens.
This prompt rewrites that one block and leaves the page around it alone.
On our [Pricing] page (id [61]) I want to rewrite one block: the [introparagraph under the main heading]. Here is what it should get across:[plans are billed yearly, every plan includes support, and you can cancelany time].
Read the page as raw block markup, find that block, and tell me itsposition, block name and current text so we know it is the right one.
Draft new wording in the same voice as the rest of the page. Keep theblock's existing attributes exactly as they are and change only thetext. Show me the old block and the new markup side by side, and do notsave until I say go. When I do, replace only that block, checking thatthe block at that position is still the one we agreed on, and tell meabout any content warnings the write returns. Why this is safe to run
The page read changes nothing, and you confirm the block and see the exact new markup before anything is saved. The write is a single Replace block call against that one block, and the plugin leaves the other blocks’ parsed attributes and HTML as they were.
Because the agent passes the block name it expects at that position, a page that changed since the read is refused instead of edited in the wrong place. Replace block is off until you enable it, it is checked against the edit access of the user you bound the agent to, and the call lands in the Activity Log. With revisions on, the page’s history can bring the old wording back.
For a bigger change, a whole section swapped for a different layout, use swap one block on a page.
Already connected? You do not have to paste this. Ask your agent for the “rewrite one paragraph or heading” recipe, or point it at the block you want reworded, and it runs the same flow on your own site.
